Odisha HEW Recruitment 2023: The Odisha Subordinate Staff Selection Commission (OSSSC) is all set to conduct a recruitment examination to fill up 117 number of Horticulture Extension Officer(HEW) vacancies in Odisha. Salary Structure

Appointment to the post of Odisha Horticulture Extension Worker shall be initially made on a contractual basis.

The Payscale for Horticulture Extension Worker is Pay Band-1, i.e., Rs.5, 200-20, 200/- + Grade Pay of Rs.2, 000/-.

Eligibility Criteria for OSSSC HEW

Age limit

The candidates should have a minimum age of 21 as of January 2023 and should not be above the age of 38.

Educational Qualifications

• (c) States, Countries, and institutions with headquarters,
• (d) Books and authors,
• (e) Scientific facts and discoveries with dates, persons, and uses,
• (f) Current events with places and personalities, and,

Part-II: English Language: – 25 marks

• (i) Verbs, Tenses, Active and Passive voice, Subject-verb Agreement,
• (ii) Connectors, Types of sentences, Direct and Indirect speech, Comparison.

• (iv) Unseen passage (400-450 words in length) with a variety of comprehension questions.

Part-III: Odia Language: – 25 marks

Admit Card

Once candidates have filled out the application form, the next step is to download the admit card which is released 15 days before the examination.

The admit card will carry important details like exam date, venue, time of the examination, etc.

OSSSC will release the HEW exam date shortly.

Answer Key

The Odisha HEW Recruitment answer key consists of all the answers to the questions asked in the examination. It will be released approximately after a month after the examination.
