The Odisha Staff Selection Commission conducts COMBINED HIGHER SECONDARY (10+2) OR EQUIVALENT RECRUITMENT EXAMINATION FOR GROUP-‘B’ & GROUP-C’ SPECIALIST POSTS/ SERVICES UNDER VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS, GOVERNMENT OF ODISHA. It’s a two-stage written examination consisting of Preliminary and Main Examination.
OSSC CHSL Exam Pattern 2026
The OSSC will conduct a two-stage examination to select the candidates for various posts. The detailed exam pattern is as follows
Preliminary Examination:
- It will carry questions from Arithmetic, Data Interpretation, Logical Reasoning, Analytical Ability, General Mental Ability, Current Events, and Computer Awareness.
- The duration of the exam will be 2 hours
- The question papers consist of 150 questions with each question carrying 1 mark
- For every wrong response, 0.25 marks will be deducted.
Mains Examination:
Technical-related questions will be asked in the main examination. Total 200 Marks and duration is 3 Hours
