ECIL will fill up a total of 1625 Vacancies for the Junior Technician Post, Out of which a total of 814 candidates will be recruited for electronic Mechanic, 627 for Fitter, and 184 for Electrician posts.

ECIL Junior Technician Salary
₹ 20,480/- ₹ 24,780/- per month
Eligibility Criteria
The following eligibility criteria & educational qualifications are required for the ECIL Junior Technician Vacancy 2022
Age Limit (as of 31/03/2022)
- The Upper Age limit as of 31.03.2022 should not be more than 30 years for General & EWS candidates. The upper age limit will be relaxed for SC, ST candidates by 5 years and for OBC candidates by 3 years. Candidates belonging to the PWD category having a minimum of 40% disability or more, will get 10 years’ relaxation in addition to the relaxation applicable to the categories mentioned above. The upper age limit is further relaxed by 5 years for candidates who had ordinarily been domiciled in the State of Jammu & Kashmir from 01.01.1980 to 31.12.1989.
Educational Qualification:
Candidate should have passed ITI (2 years) in the trades of Electronics Mechanic / Electrician / Fitter from a recognized institute of India.
Experience:
The candidate should have a minimum of 1 year Post Qualification Industrial experience in manufacturing, production, quality, and material management in an industrial establishment will be added advantage.

Selection Procedure
- Candidates shall be shortlisted trade-wise, category-wise in the order of merit based on the marks obtained in ITI in the ratio of 1:4.
- In case of a tie, the candidates with higher marks in the Class X standard shall be considered.
- In case of a further tie, the candidate with an earlier date of Birth shall be considered.
- After short-listing, the candidates will be called for the Document verification at Hyderabad through email.
- Upon shortlisting and successful document verification, Offer Letters will be issued to the candidates who are found eligible in the order of merit. However, issuance of Offer Letters shall be in a phased manner as per the requirement.
